Integrated Engineering

A strong background experience in the planning and supervision of works, developed both in private and public sector and covering the field of architecture, of assets and systems and fire prevention, enables us to provide a complete project, starting from the study of the technical/economical feasibility; the result is a feasible paper, complete with graphic papers, tender specifications and contracts. Therefore, if we are committed with a complete project, in the architectural, structural and plant/engineering part, we embody the figure of the Project Manager, without searching it and without additional costs.

Sectorial Planning

Our work can also cover only one of the above-mentioned fields (architectural, structural or plant-engineering); however, also in this case, our experience lets us to collaborate with the other experts, aware of everybody’s needs.

Fire Prevention

Fire prevention has become a real discipline, since serious accidents have taught something in the last years. Currently, many projects must be often presented with the approval of fire prevention conformity, given by (Municipal Fire Departments of Firefighters). From the very beginning of the project, the expert in this field works with other planners, applying the laws which regulate 96 activities, that should be approved in advance. Finally, at the end of the construction, one of the most important steps consists in getting the Certificate of Fire Prevention, which provides not only safety to the construction and to people using it, but it is very important in terms of insurance.
